Lion’s Rest — Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Cancellation Policy
- 30 days or more prior to check-in: The deposit paid or payable at the time of booking will be charged.
- 29 days or less prior to check-in: 100% of the room booking value will be charged.
- Cancellation of nights after arrival: Full payment for the cancelled nights is required.
2. Payment
When you make your booking directly through the secure online booking system, a 20% card deposit is payable to secure the reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days before check-in.
3. Special Requests
If you have a special request, please advise us at the time of booking. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that it will be fulfilled. Failure to meet a special request will not constitute a breach of contract on our part.
Confirmation that a request has been noted will be included on your Booking Confirmation Invoice or provided upon acknowledgment of the booking.
We are unable to accept bookings that are conditional upon a special request being fulfilled. Such reservations will be treated as standard bookings.
4. Passport, Visa, Immigration & Health Requirements
Passport, visa, immigration, and other entry requirements for you and your travelling party are your responsibility. You should check all applicable requirements with the relevant embassies or consulates before travelling.
We accept no responsibility if you are unable to travel because you have not complied with the relevant passport, visa, immigration, or health requirements in force before or at the time of travel.
5. Insurance
You are strongly advised to obtain suitable travel insurance that provides adequate coverage for your individual needs before travelling. We cannot be held responsible for any costs, losses, or expenses you may incur as a result of failing to obtain appropriate insurance.
